Hindustan Lever Network gives all of us to achieve better ranks as we continue to perform better. On recruitment a person joins HLN as a Consultant. The first level of leadership is the Manager. Following is a graphical explaination of how you can progress with HLN.

Manager: One becomes a manager when his group attains 6000 points of business in one month. At this level one reaches 14% performance bonus and breaks away from his/her upline.

Senior Manager : When one has 1 manager in the group.

Director: 2 managers in 2 different legs make one a Director.

Senior Director: 4 managers in 4 different legs make one a Senior Director.

Vice President: 6 managers in 6 different legs make one a Vice President.

Senior Vice President: 9 managers in 9 different legs make one a Senior Vice President.

President: 12 managers in 12 different legs make one a President.

7 Means of Income

Hindustan Lever Network has an exciting plan on offer. It allows one to earn by 7 ways. Each of these is more exciting than the other. The plan is designed such that one earns incentives at all levels. The earnings get more attractive as the business grows.

Retail Profit: You make money by using the products or by sharing them. This happens as you get the products at less than the MRP ( Maximum Retail Price). You make a neat 20% on the Consultant Price.

Performance Bonus: This is the bonus the group makes on the total sales every month. It varies from 2% to 14%.

Network Bonus: Once your network starts increasing, you start benefiting from the business your associates do. You get 2% of their business. this can go upto 7 levels deep.

Leadership Bonus: The next stage is when your group starts giving leaders to the system. You make still more money on every leader whom you sponsor, or who is sponsored by your associates. This bonus ranges from 3% to 15%.

Lifestyle Bonus - Car Pool: This is another incentive for you to do big business. This is based on revenue sharing by the company. The company keeps a certain percentage in its kitty to be shared by the Vice Presidents and above.

INTRODUCTION:
In the normal marketing system, the manufacturer supplies the products through the middle men such as brokers, wholesalers and retailers. These middle-men add their establishment costs and their own margin of profit or commission on the price. This increases the price by approximately 45 per cent. The consumer therefore gets the product at atleast a 45 per cent markup from the manufacturer's price.

NETWORK MARKETING:
In network marketing, these middle men are eliminated. A person is invited to join and become a member (also called Consultant) of the network marketing company. This person in turn invites many more people to join under him to form a group. These group members, in turn invite their acquaintance to join under them. This group is made to steadily grow and it can grow into thousands or tens of thousands, in the course of time, depending upon the enthusiasm with which the Consultant pursue the sponsorship of new Consultants.

These Consultants make purchases of the products of the marketing company for self use and also for sale to other consumers. For their loyalty in regularly purchasing the products, the marketing co. gives discounts, handsome bonuses, rewards and special incentives.

Each consultant in the group gets his shares of benefits depending upon the purchases made by him and also by the number of the consultant under him (called downlines). This is called network marketing.

The growth in the beginning will be slow, from 1 to 2 to 4.......but later on it will be rapid, 1000 to 2000 to 4000.....and so on. Given below are the approx. benefits received, depending upon your group strength and on the assumption that each consultant has purchased goods worth Rs 1,000/- in the month.
